Hi, I'm Łukasz. For years I've been working where IT, business and science meet. It gets most interesting when these three worlds start talking to each other: science suggests how to think about a problem, IT provides the tools, and business checks whether it really makes sense.

ERP: factories from the inside

My day job is being an ERP expert for manufacturing companies. I always start the same way: I sit down with people and try to understand how their company really works, not how it looks on the org chart. Only then do I design and implement a system that makes sense. The goal is never just "having an ERP" — it's a company that is faster, leaner and more competitive than before the rollout.

R&D: building things that don't exist yet

The other part of my work is software research and development. I build tools and applications that answer concrete problems — often ones with no off-the-shelf solution. Doing that well means learning all the time, so I follow new technologies and methodologies and test them in practice before I recommend them to a client.

Quantum: my physics side

I hold a Ph.D. in physics and, before that, an MSc. Eng. in computer science. I'm also a quantum computing enthusiast. I believe this technology will turn the world upside down one day — the question isn't "if" but "when". That's why I'm learning it now, writing about it and trying to make it more approachable. I want to be ready when science and engineering reach the point where quantum computers become a normal part of business and everyday life. Many of the texts on this site come from exactly that learning.

Entrepreneurship: from vision to reality

I'm also an entrepreneur. I like taking an idea that sounds a bit unrealistic at first and turning it into something that works. I'm happy to work with startups and experienced founders alike — especially on projects that can change something in their industry and bring real value to people.
